T-Boz, Wyclef Face Foreclosure On Homes

Hello all! Recently I've been surprised at the alarming rate of foreclosures in the R&B community. First I read about Fantasia having her house foreclosed then T-Boz of TLC, and Wyclef Jean. It just makes you think like what were they doing with their money. I feel like a lot of black celebrities buy all these cars. They show them off on MTV's Cribs and it's definitely a nice feature but come on. I can understand two or three cars but it gets ridiculous. Of course people are going to spend their money the way they want to. Let this be a lesson learned to all celebs, people, and especially those who want to be in the industry. You can be made today and broke tomorrow!

T-Boz's Home Foreclosed!
T-Boz -- she's the T in TLC -- is about to lose a Georgia house after failing to pony up her mortgage payments.We've learned a five-bedroom, nearly 10,000-sq. Ft. House owned by T-Boz (real name: Tionne Watkins-Rolison) is about to go on the auction block in January 2009. According to public records, she's defaulted on the original principal of her mortgage (around $530K), and so now the state is taking it.
Wyclef's Home Foreclosed!
MIAMI BEACH (CBS4) ― The economic troubles crippling the pocketbooks of many Americans are even striking the celebrity community. Wyclef Jean's $2.4 million waterfront mansion in Miami Beach hits the auction block on Friday.Even after selling 30 million albums, Jean couldn't keep up with payments for the property, and the waterfront mansion on Pine Tree Drive is now owned by a bank. The house is scheduled to be sold at the Miami-Dade Courthouse along with a handful of liens by the construction crews, who never finished, and more than $100 thousand in unpaid taxes.
Usher Becomes Daddy Again!
Usher has become a father for the second time.The 30-year-old singer and his wife Tameka Foster, 38, welcomed their son into the world at around 3am on Wednesday (11.10.08).The couple - who already have one-year-old Usher Raymond V - are yet to name the new addition to their brood, and have not released his birth weight.
