Hello all! The last two days my internet was playing up. I think now everything is cool. I was about to snap today if it wasn't. The cable company was about to have an angry customer on their hands.

Anyway I have some music news for you all. Some of you may already read a lot of this news already. Usually I compile my news and videos I share on Notepad and just post them when I'm ready to. So like I said some of these news is new but at the same time old because most people probably already know it especially if your online all the time like myself!

Queen Latifah is returning to her Hip Hop roots with a new album set to drop this winter. Read below for more details!

Grammy award-winning rapper Queen Latifah has teamed up with major producers Dr. Dre and Swizz Beatz amongst other hip-hop superstars for her seventh studio album. According to Rolling Stone, the rapper-turned-actress has been putting the finishing touches on her latest untitled effort. Admitting she received a majority of help from Dre and rap legend LL Cool J, Latifah zoomed in for who’s on board for the album.“They pretty much did the whole album,” she told Rolling Stone. “Missy [Elliot] and Swizz Beatz are the only two people I have left. But they’re mixing it right now.” She credits Dre for his song writing abilities on the album. Ludacris wrote a record for me.” While no official title has been chosen, she did confess to playing with a few different names including “The L Word.”

Rapper Gucci Mane is back in jail after prosecutors complained that he failed to complete mandatory community service. Allhiphop.com reports that the rapper only served 25 of 600 hours of his community service and violated his probation multiple times by using alcohol, marijuana and ecstasy. In July, he was accused of driving under the influence, marijuana possession and possession of a weapon by a felon. Because of the offenses, he must now serve the remaining year left on his three and a half year sentence, for assault.

Jennifer Hudson and boyfriend, David Otunga, have gotten engaged, her rep tells PEOPLE exclusively."I can confirm that Jennifer got engaged to her boyfriend David on Friday night in L.A." says the rep. Otunga, who is known as "Punk" from the reality show I Love New York 2, popped the question with a Neil Lane diamond ring on the Dreamgirls Oscar winner's 27th birthday.The couple, who have been dating less than a year, both hail from Chicago.

Making The Band's Donnie Klang just released his album, "Like A Rolling Stone". Now the singer will be opening up for Janet on "Rock With U" tour. Congrats to Donnie! Opening for Janet is a really big deal! Actually I think Bad Boy has some type of deal with Janet. A lot of former Bad Boy actshave opened for Janet.

Britney Spears will return December 2 with the release of her 6th album, "Circus". The album is lead by single, "Womanizer". The album features collaborations from Danja and Sean Garrett. Brit's new album wasn't scheduled to hit until the new year. I guess with the holidays coming everybody is itching to release. I'm definitely not mad at that but come January we'll be hearing the crickets.

Mariah Carey has had much luck with her single choices for her latest album, "E=MC2". Fortunately for her the label is still giving her singles. This time, "I'm That Chick" has been dropped in favor of her original 2nd/lead single, "Migrate" feat T-Pain. The song is set to be released on September 30.
