Mariah Carey is the subject of a new tell-all book from producer Damizza. Read below to find out more!
The New York Post is reporting that Mariah Carey is attempting to stop a planned tell-all book by former record producer Damion "Damizza" Young that aims to expose their "intimate" relationship and their struggle to keep it a secret. Titled "Guilty by Association," Young says the book will bare details of the "intense four-year personal relationship" they shared and "worked diligently to disguise from the world's press," Page Six reported.Young says he received a letter from Carey's lawyer, Sonya Guardo, reminding him of a confidentiality agreement that prohibits him from ever spilling any secrets about Carey. During their collaborative years, Young helped produce Carey’s award-winning singles “I Still Believe,” “Irresistible,” and “Crybaby.”

Wow! These tell-all books are becoming a really big deal as of lately. So much for Carey saying she can count the number of people she been with on 1 hand!

So So Def mogul Jermaine Dupri is facing a defamation lawsuit over a private phone call included on Daz Dillinger’s 2006 album So So Gangsta. The lawsuit, filed by a woman named Aika Kendrick, alleges that Daz and Dupri recorded a personal phone conversation which they then used as a backdrop for the song “The One,” which features Jagged Edge and details the difficulty of leaving an emotionally abusive relationship. Due to this, Aika Kendrick is seeking $250,000 in damages on the grounds of negligence, copyright infringement, defamation, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Also named in the suit are Daz Dillinger, real name Delmar Arnaud, and Virgin Records.

Rihanna is said to be release her 5th album early 2009. There is no title or single news available yet. Meanwhile Rihanna is still releasing singles from her "Good Girl Gone Bad" album.
