Chris Brown's New Show, Foxy Brown

Move over Janet Jackson, Chris Brown is the latest dancing star to land a reality show! Check out the news below!

R+B star CHRIS BROWN is set to enter the reality TV industry by launching his own dance competition series. The Kiss Kiss hitmaker frequently shows off his fancy footwork in his music videos and live performances, and now he is to give wannabe dancers a chance to strut their stuff on his forthcoming show. The currently untitled project, which will focus on hip-hop and street dance culture, will see contestants go up against one another in a variety of dance-offs, with Brown choosing the winner of each round. Speaking of the programme, Brown says, “Dancing is more than just a way of moving, it’s a different expression of music. That’s what I want to focus on with this show.” Reality TV guru Mark Burnett and his business partner J.D. Roth will produce the programme, which is due to be pitched to TV networks next week (begs28Jul08), reports Variety.com.

Foxy Brown & Lil' Kim are the subject of a lawsuit! Read below for details:
A New York publisher is suing rappers Foxy Brown and Lil' Kim, saying they were paid advances for books they never delivered.

Simon & Schuster Inc. Says Brown was paid $75,000 in 2005 to turn in an autobiography called "Broken Silence" by February 2006 while Lil' Kim was paid $40,000 in 2003 for a novel that was due June 2004.

After signing the book deals, both women were imprisoned for several months. Lil' Kim went to prison in 2005 for lying about a shooting. Brown was locked up in 2007 for violating probation arising from a fight with two manicurists.

Brown attorney Laura Dilimetin (dill-ee-MET'-in) says she hasn't seen the lawsuit and can't comment. Lil' Kim attorney L. Londell McMillan didn't immediately return a call seeking comment Thursday.

Ex-lovers Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake are said to collaborate on the Brit's new album set for release next year. Joining Spears on her new album are J.R. Rotem, Sean Garrett, and Rodney Jerkins. A duet between the two former lovers has been in the works for the last few years.

T.I. has pushed his album, "Paper Trail" to September 30. The album is preceded by singles, "No Matter What" and the first official single, "Whatever You Like".
