Ray J was kicked out of a hotel when it was discovered he was in possession of marijuana and a substance known as "boat". The drugs were discovered after hotel management made a complaint which forced to singer to relocate to a Holiday Inn hotel down the street. I have heard before that every entertainer has tried some type of drug before. I'm starting to really believe that statement now.

T.I. put his house arrest situation to use by penning his new album, "Paper Trail" due August 12. The rapper recently previewed his album to MTV. Confirmed tracks include: My Life, Your Entertainment, On Top Of The World featuring B.O.B & Kanye West (rumored 1st single), Turn My Beat Down, and Collect Call.

Apparently rapper Lil' Wayne was in a drunken state when he revealed that he along with Usher and Beyonce would open up the 2008 BET Awards set to premiere on June 24. Of course the trio will be performing "Love In This Club Part 2".

Rapstress Nicki Minaj who is down with Lil' Wayne's Young Money crew has a new mixtape out, "Sucka Free" and spoke exclusively about her upcoming album, her relationship with Lil' Wayne, and ghostwriting. Click here for the full interview.

Usher/Lil Wayne/Beyonce...I had a feeling that was gonna be the "big" opening. Doesn't surprise me. I knew B was gonna be performing somewhere in that show. Kinda wack tho 2 give away who's opening the show... takes away the "excitement" I guess if u wanna call it that. Ay Lamar... u know who's hosting yet?

Strangely enough I don' think it has been reported yet as to who's hosting which I'm surprised about. I used to get so hyped up over the BET Awards and always get let down. I'm not so hyped this year but I'll be watching!
