Famous Feuds

There is not a day that goes by where you don't read about someone feuding with someone especially in the realm of entertainment. The word "feud" has become synonymous with the majority of entertainers. I was reading about this beef with rappers T.I. and Shawty Lo. To be honest I don't know what it stems from and I really don't care. I will say that their beef inspired this post. You have them too to thank!

I'm looking at "Famous Feuds" past and present. It is impossible for me to conjure up every feud but this is a pretty concise list.

Foxy Brown vs. Lil' Kim
This long running feud stems from two rappers wanting to occupy the same spot. Over the years this feud has sparked a number of outrageous and often racy debates.

Usher vs. Justin Timberlake
This feud simply stems from two artists who have become so similar in recent years that the media is solely to blame for pitting these two against each other.

Madonna vs. Mariah Carey
Stans (obsessed fans) are to blame for pitting these pop divas against each other and maybe a few not so subtle jabs the singers have taken at each other in the early 90s. Let bygones be bygones.

T.I. vs. Ludacris
These two rappers feud stems from these two wanting to occupy the same spot. This feud first reached national headlines when the two were featured on Young Bucks' album exchanging disses towards one another. Who's the real King of the South? No not this again!

Star Jones vs. Rosie O' Donnell
When Rosie was named new host of "The View" and Star Jones was fired, Rosie questioned Star's recent weight loss when Jones claimed it was just pilates and some other crap. Months later Jones revealed that she had in fact got gastric bypass surgery. Big deal!

Christina Aguilera vs. Mariah Carey
It's funny when someone you grow up idolizing becomes your competition. This is the case with the multi-octave divas who had a peculiar exchange of words in the press. What for? Well there was some sort of altercation at a party where both singers claimed the other was drunk, crazy, and disrespectful.

Barbara Walters vs. Rosie O' Donnell & Star Jones
Who do we like to see feud more? Younger stars or older stars? Well TV icons of "The View" and countless other daytime shows had a war of words over firing, the direction of "The View", public outbursts, and various complaints that scream......PMS!

Khia vs. Trina & Janet Jackson
Khia is the like the female version of 50 Cent in terms of controversy. You can count on Khia to always add her 2 cent to any situation past or present. Her long running beef with Trina all stems from who's the true "Queen of the South"! And to feud with Janet Jackson should be a no-no. How dare you disrespect a legend like that?

Blu Cantrell vs. Beyonce
Blu's sagging records sales in the U.S. led to her becoming increasingly popular overseas. It was there where Blu expressed her disdain for Beyonce. Clearly Blu sounded more jealous and bitter than anything. Why? Because Blu wanted Beyonce's man (Jay-Z) and more than likely...her success. We forgive you Blu! Why? Because you have a better (singing) voice than Beyonce (imo).
