G-Unit, Game Pushed Back, Amy Winehouse
While 50 Cent is keeping his beef with The Game going, it looks like their record showdown won't happen after all. Well it will but not on the same day anyway. G-Unit's new album, "Terminate On Site" has been pushed back from June 24 to July 1. Meanwhile The Game's album, "L.A.X. (Los Angeles Times") has been pushed back to July 8. Now the rival rappers are dropping a week apart but you can still expect a showdown of epic proportions. Interestingly enough 50 Cent or G-Unit will square off on July 1 with another 50 Cent rival, Nas with the release of his "Nigger" album. I can respect 50's competitive nature but I just hate how he is always blabbing about someone.
Troubled singer Amy Winehouse can't stay out of trouble! The singer recently attacked two men Tuesday night in two different incidents. First Winehouse failed to pay a cab driver and when he confronted her, she went wild! Later on that night Winehouse attacked a London musician after he failed to make way for her at a table. The guy was reportedly very angry since he wasn't able to defend hisself against Winehouse being that she is a woman; a troubled woman at that! Amy get yourself together!
VH1 is set to premiere another "Flavor Of Love", "I Love New York" and "Rock Of Love" spinoff titled, "I Love Money". Instead of looking for love contestants will battle for cash. The show is set to air July 13 on VH1 I'm sure all of them could use some cash anyway. Which contestants will be participating is unknown at this time. I'm sure we will find out in the coming weeks. Wow! I know I will be watching this show. I heart the majority of VH1's reality shows.
Actor Orlando Brown of Disney's "That's So Raven" has turned up after family and friends were worried when he had gone missing. The actor showed up a day later after failing to meet up with his manager for some planned gigs. In his defense the actor simply needed some time alone after a planned performance was dismissed.
Alicia Keys has been forced to cancel two of her concert dates citing throat problems. Interestingly enough tour mate Jordin Sparks is currently on vocal rest. Could this tour already be in trouble before it fully starts?
Lil' Wayne is riding high with his new single, "Lollipop" which is now the #1 song in the U.S. It gives the rapper his first #1 hit as a lead artist. Lil' Wayne's, "The Carter 3" will be in stores June 10.
