News Flash: LeToya Studio Sneak Peek

Here is a clip of former Destiny's Child member turned solo star, LeToya in the studio with producers The Underdogs.


A lot of people are interested in what LeToya will bring to the table this time. I read she is working with an all star team of producers including Rodney Jerkins, Pharrell Williams, and Babyface. LeToya's untitled sophomore album will be in stores this June. Meanwhile you can catch LeToya in the stage play "Rumors". Google it.

Rappers and Roc-a-fella artists Beanie Sigel and Freeway have lashed out for the lack of support they have received for their current albums, "The Solution" (Beanie Sigel) and "Free At Last" (Freeway). They also claim they didn't receive a call from Jay Z when he left Def Jam. I am not surprised by this. So many other Def Jam artists have voiced their concern with Jay Z and Def Jam. Meanwhile Beanie claims to take promotion into his own hands which I think is his best bet with his upcoming mixtape, "True American Gangster".

Snoop Dogg's new album, "Ego Tripping" will be in stores this March. The lead single, "Sensual Seduction" was written by Shawty Red (Google him) and not Snoop. Talking exclusively to MTV, Snoop has enlisted Pharrell (Williams) of The Neptunes fame and New Jack Swing founder Teddy Riley. On this album Snoop submitted songs from others this time which I think is a pretty interesting move if I can say so myself. Most rappers hide the fact if they don't write their own songs (or rhymes).

I'm readinig that Foxy Brown's "Brooklyn Don Diva" has been pushed back to February 19th. The album was originally due last year before changing release dates. I'm starting to believe what others have been saying. This album may not see the light of day. I hope it does however being that I'm still a big fan of Foxy's despite her personal troubles.

Nas' new controversial upcoming album, "Nigger" is schedule for release this February but if not sometime soon according to the rapper who spoke with MTV. Nas has enlisted P. Diddy and Jermaine Dupri who will either be producing or guest appearing on the album.
