Chicago stand up! It's about to go down....all the way down! Kicking and punching her way onto the scene is fierce MC Kid Sister. Sister burst onto the scene with her hit, "Pro Nails" featuring another Chicagoan Kanye West. The song earned the rapper critical acclaim and a BET nomination for "Best Female Rapper". Sister's debut album, "Dream Date" featuring work from Pharrell Williams will be released November 4. Sister's delivery recalls old school female rappers such as Neneh Cherry and Monie Love. Her unique sense of style is something that has been missing from rap namely female rap. This is why the spotlight is on Kid Sister!
